1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using MyISCP Hub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this Platform.
MyISCP Hub is operated by Ecocabs Ireland Limited T/A Headcase Marketing ("Headcase," "we," "our," or "us") on behalf of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists (ISCP).

3. Platform Purpose
MyISCP Hub is a volunteer event management platform designed exclusively for ISCP members and volunteers to:
- Register and manage professional development events
- Access event planning resources and templates
- Track event attendance and volunteer participation
- Connect with other physiotherapy professionals
- Showcase the impact of ISCP volunteer programs
4. Eligibility and Account Registration
4.1 Eligibility
To use MyISCP Hub, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a current member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists
- Be authorized to volunteer for ISCP events and programs
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account access
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Ensuring your contact information is current
5. Acceptable Use
5.1 You Agree To:
- Use the Platform only for legitimate volunteer event management purposes
- Comply with all applicable Irish and EU laws
- Respect the intellectual property rights of others
- Maintain professional conduct when interacting with other users
- Provide accurate information when registering events or attendees
5.2 You Agree NOT To:
- Use the Platform for any commercial purposes without authorization
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized persons
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without permission
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
- Impersonate another person or organization
- Use the Platform to spam or send unsolicited communications
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Platform Ownership
The Platform, including its design, code, content, features, and functionality, is owned by Headcase Marketing and ISCP. All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Platform are the property of their respective owners.
6.2 User Content
When you upload or submit content to the Platform (event descriptions, materials, feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating the Platform.
You retain ownership of your content and are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share it.
6.3 Template Library
Event planning templates and resources provided through the Platform are for use by ISCP volunteers only. You may not redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit these materials without written permission.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
Your use of MyISCP Hub is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with GDPR and Irish data protection laws.
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain continuous Platform availability, but we do not guarantee that:
- The Platform will be available at all times without interruption
- The Platform will be error-free or secure from cyber threats
- Defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Platform for maintenance, updates, or security reasons.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law:
- No Warranty: The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- No Liability for Loss: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform
- Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims related to the Platform shall not exceed €100
- User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for backing up event data and maintaining your own records
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other matters where liability cannot be excluded by Irish law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Headcase Marketing, ISCP, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms of Use
- Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
- Your misuse of the Platform
- Content you submit or share through the Platform
11. Termination
11.1 Termination by You
You may stop using the Platform at any time. To delete your account, contact us at support@headcase.ie
11.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if:
- You violate these Terms of Use
- You are no longer eligible to use the Platform
- Your account has been inactive for more than 3 years
- We are required to do so by law
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by:
- Posting the new Terms on this page
- Updating the "Last updated" date
- Sending an email to your registered address (for significant changes)
Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
