Planning

  • 1. Co-promote through all participating committee channels
  • 2. Send invitations to all member lists involved
  • 3. Create joint social media campaign

  • 6. Coordinate messaging so all committees share the same details

On the Day

  • 1. Welcome attendees from all committees
  • 2. Facilitate cross-committee networking activities
  • 3. Ensure balanced representation in programme content
  • 4. Manage shared logistics (venue, catering, AV)
  • 5. Collect attendance data per committee
  • 6. Take group photos of joint participation

After the Event

  • 1. Send joint thank you email from all committees
  • 2. Share feedback results with all partner committees
  • 3. Split expenses according to agreed arrangement
  • 4. Submit joint event report to ISCP
  • 5. Debrief with all committee chairs together
  • 6. Plan next joint event based on feedback
