Planning

On the Day

  • 1. Create a welcoming atmosphere (refreshments, informal seating)
  • 2. Match each student with a mentor at the door
  • 3. Run an icebreaker to reduce anxiety
  • 4. Use interactive formats (panel Q&A, small group discussions)
  • 5. Display feedback QR code and ISCP membership link
  • 6. Over-register by 20% to account for no-shows

After the Event

  • 1. Send follow-up email with slides and recording within 24 hours
  • 2. Share ISCP student membership information
  • 3. Connect interested students with mentors
  • 4. Post event photos on social media tagging attendees
  • 5. Complete event report with membership conversion data
  • 6. Plan next engagement based on feedback themes
